Description:

1. The project introduces the high-density expression technology of German yeast, which is the highest expression variety in China.

2. Hirudin irreversibly binds to the catalytic center and fibrinogen binding center of thrombin to inactivate thrombin. Hirudin is the most powerful thrombin inhibitor found at present. The drug has good anticoagulant and antithrombotic effects, and has obvious advantages over heparin (heparin has side effects of inducing thrombocytopenia).
